Note: This feature is available only if the user has access rights to at least one shared desk. These rights are configured by administrators in the PADS4 back office.
Step 1: Open the Group Booking Tool
In your calendar, click the green icon at the bottom right of the screen.Step 2: Choose “Space”
In the next menu, select Space to begin booking.Step 3: Add Participants and Select Desks
- Add the participants for whom you’re reserving desks.
- Use the interactive floor plan on the right to select desks that are located near one another.
- Click each desk you want to include. They will change color (e.g., orange) to indicate selection.
Step 4: Finalize Booking
Once you’ve selected the desired desks:- The chosen spaces will appear in your reservation list.
- Click Save to confirm the booking.
