In PADS4 Workspace, you can reserve group workspaces, meaning multiple nearby shared desks for use by a team. This is useful for departments or project teams that want to sit together.

Note: This feature is available only if the user has access rights to at least one shared desk. These rights are configured by administrators in the PADS4 back office.


Step 1: Open the Group Booking Tool

In your calendar, click the green icon at the bottom right of the screen.


Step 2: Choose “Space”

In the next menu, select Space to begin booking.


Step 3: Add Participants and Select Desks

  1. Add the participants for whom you’re reserving desks.
  2. Use the interactive floor plan on the right to select desks that are located near one another.
  3. Click each desk you want to include. They will change color (e.g., orange) to indicate selection.

Step 4: Finalize Booking

Once you’ve selected the desired desks:

  • The chosen spaces will appear in your reservation list.
  • Click Save to confirm the booking.

Step 5: View the Reservation

The group booking will appear in green in your calendar view, indicating it’s been successfully created.
