The Statistics tab provides reporting and analytical data on room usage within the PADS4 Workspace Module. Reports can reflect both live data and historical data, helping administrators evaluate room utilization and optimize workspace efficiency. Statistics Reporting Screen

Report Types

The dashboard includes various charts and metrics such as:
  • Workspace Occupancy Rate
  • Non-Bookable Room Occupancy Rate
  • Distribution of Workspace Occupancy Bookings
  • Distribution of Workspace Occupancy Duration

Exporting Reports

To export data from the dashboard:
  1. Select the dropdown menu next to the filter or date selection options.
  2. Choose Export to download the report.
