Booking a common space
The PADS4 Workspace app allows you to reserve spots in shared or common areas, such as:
- Company cafeterias
- Gyms
- Lounges
- Collaboration zones
Step 1: Open Your Calendar
From the main menu, click on Calendar to access your schedule.Step 2: Go to “My Reservations”
Click on “My Reservations” to see your current and past bookings.Step 3: Start a New Booking
Click the “+” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to begin a new reservation.Step 4: Choose Common Space Option
Click the purple icon that represents common spaces. Then, select “Common Space” from the list of space types.Step 5: Select Your Space and Option
- From the right panel, choose the common space you’d like to book (e.g., cafeteria).
- Select the specific option related to that space (e.g., lunch slot, gym session).
- Click Save to confirm your booking.
Note: If you add participants to this booking, they will count toward the total number of available spots.
