Pre-requisites
Before installation, ensure the following requirements are met:- A valid Apple ID (for iOS) or Google Account (for Android) signed in on the device
- An active Single Sign-On (SSO) account
- Internet or local network connectivity via WiFi or mobile data
Installing the Application
To install the PADS4 Workspace app:- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for:
- Select the app and tap Download or Install
Connecting to PADS4 Workspace
Once installed, you’ll need to connect the app to your organization’s PADS4 Workspace environment:- Launch the PADS4 Workspace application
- Enter your organization’s PADS4 instance URL, e.g.:
- Tap Save
Logging in with SSO
To access your account:- On the login screen, tap Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Enter your SSO credentials
(e.g., your company email address and password)
Workspace Mobile Interface
After successful login, the mobile app will display the PADS4 Workspace interface, allowing you to:- Search and book available rooms
- View your reservations
- Receive notifications and more
