This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the PADS4 Workspace mobile application on Apple iOS and Android devices.


Pre-requisites

Before installation, ensure the following requirements are met:

  • A valid Apple ID (for iOS) or Google Account (for Android) signed in on the device
  • An active Single Sign-On (SSO) account
  • Internet or local network connectivity via WiFi or mobile data

Installing the Application

To install the PADS4 Workspace app:

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  2. Search for:
    PADS4 Workspace
  3. Select the app and tap Download or Install

Connecting to PADS4 Workspace

Once installed, you’ll need to connect the app to your organization’s PADS4 Workspace environment:

  1. Launch the PADS4 Workspace application
  2. Enter your organization’s PADS4 instance URL, e.g.:
    https://yourservername.domain.com
  3. Tap Save

Logging in with SSO

To access your account:

  1. On the login screen, tap Single Sign-On (SSO)
  2. Enter your SSO credentials
    (e.g., your company email address and password)

Once authenticated, you will be logged in and ready to use the app.


Workspace Mobile Interface

After successful login, the mobile app will display the PADS4 Workspace interface, allowing you to:

  • Search and book available rooms
  • View your reservations
  • Receive notifications and more
