Available Metrics & Insights

  • Defective Equipment
    View all reported issues related to defective equipment within the workspace environment.
  • Room Occupancy
    Displays the real-time status of rooms and spaces—whether they are free or booked—within the PADS4 Workspace module.
  • Ghost Meetings
    Identifies meetings that were reserved but had no check-in, helping to reduce wasted space and improve room usage.
  • Occupancy Rate
    Shows the overall occupancy percentage, allowing for data-driven space management decisions.
