A modular room is a room that you can combine or separate with movable partitions. Examples are a flexible training area or a boardroom that can be resized. In PADS4 Workspace, you book one of the separate rooms, or the combined larger room.

Before you begin

Your administrator must set up the modular space. If you cannot find a combined room, ask your administrator. See Modular spaces.

Book a modular room

Find the room

Search for the room. See Search for a space.

Select the room or the combined room

Select one of the individual rooms, or select the combined room.

Complete the booking

Select the + button, enter the details, and save the booking. See Book a space.
