You can easily navigate between the master page and the normal pages of your presentation during design.

To Switch to the Master Page

  • Go to the View menu and select Master Page.
    OR
  • Click on the thumbnail of the master page in the Thumbnails window.

To Return to the Normal Pages of Your Presentation

  • Use any of the navigation buttons in the Go To section of the View menu to move to normal pages.

Important Notes

  • If your presentation doesn’t contain a master page yet, you need to create one first by clicking Master Page in the Insert section on the Page menu.
