In our latest release, 2025.2, we are introducing a new addition to our new user management system. A complete overview of all the permissions configured for a user or roles for the following modules:

  • Viewers
  • CMS 2.0

Permissions overview

Once you have openend the Permissions page you can choose which permissions you would like to review. You have the ability to choose any specific user as well as any specific role.
  • Type: User
Po Type User Type: Role Po Type Role Once you have selected and submitted your choice, the permissions will refresh and will show the permissions that have been configured for that user or role as show below:
  • Content: All permissions for all content folders and individual files are shown here.
Po Content
  • Viewer: All permissions for all viewer groups and individual viewers are shown here.
Po Viewers
  • CMS: All permissions for all CMS 2.0 categories and templates are shown here.
