The Permissions page gives a complete overview of all the permissions configured for a user or role in the following modules:
  • Content
  • Viewers
  • CMS 2.0

Permissions overview

Once you have opened the Permissions page, you can choose which permissions you would like to review. You can choose any specific user or any specific role. Type: User Po Type User Type: Role Po Type Role After you select and submit your choice, the page refreshes and shows the permissions configured for that user or role, as shown below:
  • Content: All permissions for all content folders and individual files are shown here.
Po Content
  • Viewer: All permissions for all viewer groups and individual viewers are shown here.
Po Viewers
  • CMS: All permissions for all CMS 2.0 categories and templates are shown here.
