Each Canva user must complete this procedure individually. The integration is user-specific and cannot be shared.
  1. Open a web browser and go to https://canva.com/developers.
  2. Log in to your Canva account.
  3. Go to Your apps.
  4. Click Create an app.
  5. Enter an App name. Canva Create App
  6. Select either a Public or Private integration. Accept the Canva Developer Terms and click Create App.
  7. Select Outside Canva and click Go to setup. Pads4canva
  8. Click Start integration.
  9. On the configuration page, enter a name for the integration. Click Generate secret. Canva Secret
    Copy the Client ID and Client Secret, and store them securely. You need them for the PADS4 configuration. If you lose the Client Secret, you must generate a new one.
  10. Go to the Scopes section and enable the required scopes shown below.

  11. Go to the Authentication section.
    Set URL1 to:
    https://<PADS4Server>/rdx/NDS.Services.Credentials/api/v1/credentials/canva/auth/callback/
    Replace <PADS4Server> with the hostname or IP address of your PADS4 server. Canva Redirectpng
  12. The Canva setup is now complete. Configure the integration in PADS4 using the saved credentials.
