To access the Crystal Administrator interface, open a supported web browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Then, enter the URL provided by your organization into the address bar. It is recommended to bookmark this URL for convenient future access. You may label the bookmark “Crystal” or use a name that makes sense for your workflow. On the login page:
  • Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields.
  • Click the Login button to access the administrator environment.
