Text alignment properties
These properties determine the horizontal and vertical alignment of the text inside your element.
Alignment
-
Horizontal
Options: Left, Middle, Right, Justified -
Vertical
Options: Top, Middle, Bottom
Remarks
-
Alignment options may be unavailable (invisible) in certain situations depending on the element type and configuration.
-
If automatic sizing is enabled for the element, alignment settings influence how resizing occurs:
- Default behavior: element resizes on the right side.
- If Horizontal alignment is set to Right, the element will resize from the left side.
- If Horizontal alignment is set to Middle, the element will resize equally on both sides.
- Vertical alignment behaves similarly, affecting top/bottom resizing.
-
For Scrolling Text Elements, alignment behavior depends on the scroll direction:
- If Right to Left or Left to Right is chosen, Horizontal alignment is ignored.
- If Top to Bottom or Bottom to Top is chosen, Vertical alignment is ignored.
