CMS 2.0 is a web-based content management system for digital signage that helps teams create, organise and publish content across many screens. It separates design and content so designers make templates while editors add messages, which makes collaboration faster and safer. Administrators can set user roles and permissions to control who can edit, schedule or publish specific categories, templates and messages. Templates can be assigned to particular players or viewers, so only the right screens can use those layouts and only allowed users can schedule them.

Scheduling in CMS 2.0 supports priorities, so urgent messages can override normal content, and you can see what is playing or scheduled on each screen for easier monitoring. The system also connects to data sources like OData and RSS feeds, allowing live information (for example news, weather or stock prices) to appear automatically in your messages. Overall, CMS 2.0 gives you precise control over content, permissions and scheduling while making it easy to deliver up-to-date information to the right screens.
