Prerequisites
Download the latest PADS4WebLauncher.apk from your PADS4 server (e.g., https://[your-server]/[domain]/apps) or from here, and copy it to a USB stick. Ensure the PADS4 Server is set up and accessible.Installing PADS4 Viewer
- Power on the screen and access the installed applications menu.
- Insert the USB stick into the screen.
- Select FileBrowser.
- Navigate to the USB drive and select PADS4WebLauncher.apk.
- Click Continue on the warning prompt.
- Click Install and wait for completion.
- Select Done, then close FileBrowser
Enabling Auto-Start
- Go to Settings on the screen.
- Navigate to App Management.
- Select Run at startup.
- Enable Run at startup.
- Select PADS4 Web Launcher from the list.
- Restart the screen to apply changes.
Configuring Connection
- Launch the PADS4 Web Launcher.
- Enter the Server URL in the format
<protocol>://<host>:<port>/<hostpath>/ - Fill in the ViewerName as required.
- Click Start to connect.
