Within the PADS4 CMS modules, you can automatically generate reports for your administrators or other stakeholders within certain timeframes. Note: You need to configure your SMTP server to be able to send out automated reports. Enable the slider in the top-right corner to “ON” and fill in the following information:

E-mail addresses*: Add email addresses here. You can add multiple users*. Export type: Choose a single or multiple file type(s) to export in. PDF (.pdf), Excel (.xlsx), or both. Granularity: Select the scope of your report. Choose from: All buildings / By location / Per building Frequency: Select the frequency of the automated reports. Choose from: Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Bi-annually / Annually Once you have selected all these properties, click the Save button. The automated reports are sent out from the moment you save.
