Synchronization (/synchronization) reviews how content sync sessions from PADS4 to individual players have been going — useful for diagnosing a player that isn’t getting new content.
  1. Choose players: search and select one or more viewers from the list at the top (checkbox list with group/brand and an online/offline dot). Use Select visible to grab everyone currently matching your search, or Clear to start over.
  2. Click Load sync logs. If you change the selection afterward, a “Selection changed — load again” hint appears so you know your on-screen results are stale.
  3. Once loaded, you get two tabs:
    • Sync sessions — one row per sync session per viewer: status (Completed / Failed / In progress / Info), file count, total size, time since the previous session, and a summary message.
    • File log — one row per file transferred: filename, size, whether it uploaded successfully, status, and message. PADS4 doesn’t report per-file transfer duration, so only timestamps and sizes are shown.
  4. Filter either tab by free-text search and status. On the File log tab, a “Files with names only” checkbox hides housekeeping entries with no filename.
