These properties define the width and height of an element within a page layout.

Size Options

OptionDescription
AutomaticAdjusts the element size based on its content.
ManualSets a fixed width and height for the element.

Manual Size Adjustments

  • Width: Defines the element’s width in pixels.
  • Height: Defines the element’s height in pixels.
  • Lock Aspect Ratio: Maintains the original proportions while resizing.

Stretching Options

OptionDescription
StretchResizes content to fit exactly within the element’s boundaries.
UniformScales content to fit while maintaining its aspect ratio.

Note: If the Increase Video Performance option is enabled, stretching is not possible—aspect ratio will always be maintained, and any unfilled areas will appear black.

Additional Remarks

  • Snap to Grid: If enabled, the size can be set to values outside the grid.
  • Automatic Resizing & Alignment:
    • If Automatic is enabled, the size cannot be manually adjusted.
    • Resizing behavior depends on alignment settings:
      • Right-aligned elements resize to the left.
      • Middle-aligned elements resize on both sides.
      • Top/Bottom alignments function similarly for vertical resizing.

Optimization Tip

For best performance and quality, maintain the original size of your content whenever possible.
