# Statistics

The **Statistics** tab provides reporting and analytical data on room usage within the **PADS4 Workspace Module**. Reports can reflect both **live data** and **historical data**, helping administrators evaluate room utilization and optimize workspace efficiency.

## Report Types

The dashboard includes various charts and metrics such as:

* **Workspace Occupancy Rate**
* **Non-Bookable Room Occupancy Rate**
* **Distribution of Workspace Occupancy Bookings**
* **Distribution of Workspace Occupancy Duration**

## Exporting Reports

To export data from the dashboard:

1. Select the **dropdown menu** next to the filter or date selection options.
2. Choose **Export** to download the report.
