# Switching between a master page and normal pages

You can easily **navigate** between the **master page** and the **normal pages** of your presentation during design.

## To Switch to the Master Page

* Go to the **View menu** and select **Master Page**.\
  **OR**
* Click on the **thumbnail of the master page** in the **Thumbnails window**.

## To Return to the Normal Pages of Your Presentation

* Use any of the **navigation buttons** in the **Go To section** of the **View menu** to move to normal pages.

## Important Notes

* If your presentation **doesn't contain a master page yet**, you need to **create one** first by clicking **Master Page** in the **Insert section** on the **Page menu**.
