# Line properties

These properties allow you to define the **appearance** and **style** of the line element, including its **color**, **thickness**, and **line caps**.

### **Line Properties Overview**

| **Property**   | **Description**                                                                                                                                      |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Color**      | Select the **drawing color** for your line. You can choose a **fixed color**, a **gradient** (two or three colors), a **texture**, or a **pattern**. |
| **Width**      | Define the **thickness** of the line in **pixels**.                                                                                                  |
| **Line Style** | Choose the **style** of the line, such as **solid**, **dashed**, **dotted**, or other available styles from the drop-down list.                      |
| **Line Caps**  | Set the **style for the start and end points** of the line                                                                                           |

* **Color Flexibility**: Besides simple colors, you can create visually rich lines using **gradients, textures, or patterns**, making lines more dynamic and fitting to your design.
* **Thickness Control**: Fine-tune the line thickness to emphasize importance or subtlety.
