# Automated Reports

Within the PADS4 CMS modules, you can automatically generate reports for your administrators or other stakeholders within certain timeframes.

Note: You need to configure your SMTP server to be able to send out automated reports.

Enable the slider in the top-right corner to  "ON" and fill in the following information

#### Configuration

**E-mail addresses**\*: Add email addresses here. You can add multiple users\*.

**Export type**: *Choose a single or multiple file type(s) to export in. PDF (.pdf), Excel(.xlsx), or both.*

**Granularity**: *Select the scope of your report*. *Choose from: All buildings / By location / Per building*

**Frequency**: Select the frequency of the automated reports. Choose from: Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Bi-annually / Annually

Once you have selected all these properties, press the Save button. This will enable the send-out of the automated reports effective from the moment you have saved.
